Are you breathing, or is breathing happening? Breathing happens through the source that created you. Can you breathe a little deeper into that? This can be referred to as prayer and meditation, moments of silence, just deep, slow breaths connecting your body. Allow yourself to be of service and facilitate communication with higher realms of this energy moving through you in your breath. This energy will heal you. This is the most powerful way of starting your spiritual/healing path. It does not cost anything or take anything other than clear intention. You must show your love and interest to serve. That is what every single being does in the higher realms; they serve the highest and greatest good of all. There are no individual interests or egos to be had.
The human body is the most valuable thing we will ever own. It stores and holds a wealth of information about every aspect of ourselves, the world, and all of life. Become aware and present to this. You may feel overwhelmed. Your mission is to answer those calls. Your path may seem more difficult when you have a higher calling. Awareness is key.
